Hi Terry, quick win I wanted to share off the back of using one of the sales techniques we covered the other day. Met a property investor at a networking event two weeks ago, turns out he had a 3 month old and no mortgage cover. Used the two-option close and the technique got me just over £3k commission.

Just had a call from a client a year ago who never took protection. She'd changed job and now has critical illness through her new role. With one question and the right tone of voice — "if you have cancer or a stroke, will you recover and be back to work within a year?" — she right away took IP as well. Just feel like I'm flying now.
